About Me

Hi, I'm Saad Alkentar - a senior mobile and full-stack developer with more than ten years of hands-on experience, currently working as Product Owner at Clinictify and based in Germany.

How it started

It all began with a child writing his first C# console application - and it's hard to believe how far I've come from there. Along the way I built Windows Forms apps, ASP.NET and Laravel websites, and worked across Linux clients and servers. But I found my real passion in mobile applications.Right after graduating in Electrical Engineering from Albaath University, I started developing Android apps in Java. The reach and variety of mobile devices pulled me in deeper, and soon I picked up iOS development with Swift. I focused obsessively on user experience and reusable, well-structured code - to the point where my code became a template for trainees in the companies I worked at.

What I work on

Loving challenges led me into AR and mobile games with C# in Unity, and then to Flutter, which I've used heavily over the last few years as a cross-platform powerhouse for both mobile and web. Some of the apps I've shipped include:

• BBSF Mobile (Android & iOS) - an e-banking app installed over 10,000 times.
• Samaat Hakeem (Android) - a healthcare app with consultations, installed over 5,000 times.
• Honey Spoon (Android & iOS) - an e-commerce app integrating PayPal and PayTabs.
• Kids Vision / AR, Eventac, Wazaef and more - across education, events and jobs.

On the data and backend side, I leaned into Python for my Master's ML project, where I designed a UAV detection and tracking system using optical cameras and trained deep-learning models (Faster R-CNN) with dense optical flow. Python is now one of my favourite languages for both AI and web work (Django).

What I do today

Since 2018 I've been building Clinictify, my own product company focused on students and learners - already shipping apps for kindergarten kids and school students. I'm hands-on across product, mobile and full-stack engineering, with a strong focus on shipping real value to real users.

How I work

I'm a fast learner who loves clean architecture, reusable components and a clear development cycle. I bring wide experience across Java, Swift, Dart (Flutter), Kotlin, C#, TypeScript and Python, plus solid fundamentals in git, database design, software analysis and end-to-end product delivery.

Beyond the screen
